Access the Settings menu

1 On the Home screen, touch >

System settings.

From the Home screen, tap the Apps Key

> Settings .

2 Select a setting category and select an

option.

WIRELESS & NETWORKS

Here you can manage Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

You can also set up mobile networks and

switch to airplane mode.

< Wi-Fi >

•Wi-Fi – Turns on Wi-Fi to connect to

available Wi-Fi networks.

•Wi-Fi settings – Allows you to set up

and manage wireless access points.

Set network notification or add a Wi-Fi

network. The advanced Wi-Fi settings

screen is accessed from the Wi-Fi settings

screen. Touch the Menu key and touch

Advanced.

TIP! How to obtain the MAC address

To set up a connection in some wireless

networks with MAC filters, you may

need to enter the MAC address of your

LG-P970 into the router.

You can find the MAC address in the

following user interface: Touch the

Menu key > System settings > Wi-Fi

> touch the Menu key > Advanced >

MAC address.

< Bluetooth >

Turns the Bluetooth wireless feature on or

off. Refer to the Bluetooth information for

more details.

< Data usage >

Displays data usage and allows you to

customise the settings for your data limit.

•Mobile data – Set to use data

connections on any mobile network.

•Limit mobile data usage – Set a limit for

the mobile data usage.

•Data usage cycle – Customise the

settings for the limit cycle.
