How to register the Dyndns

Web site for DDNS function

User must have an account of DNS service provider

beforehand.

Netstation supports two types of DNS service pro-

vider. (Dyndsn/TZO)

1. Open the Dyndns web site (http://www.dyndns.

com).

2. Click the [Create Account] in the Dyndns web site.

3. Enter the necessary information to register.

4. Check the [I agree to the AUP:] and [I will only

create one(1) free account:] options.

5. Click the [Create Account] button.

6. Open the received confirmation e-mail and you

will find a link to activate your account.

7. Click the URL and the account confirmed mes-

sage is displayed.

8. Enter the E-mail ID and Password to login the

Dyndns web site.

9. Click [Account].

10. [My Services> My Hosts > Add Host Services] to

make the host.

11. Enter the necessary information. You should enter

the Hostname and IP Address (click the "Auto-

detected remote IP is xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" option).

12. Click the [Create New Host] button. Remember

the entered hostname and word of the Hostname

option.

Notes:

• The DDNS function may be limited according to

the network condition.

• The Dyndns web site may be changed by the ser-

vice provider.
