GUIDELINES
1.
Trim
excess
fat
from
meat.
Slash
fat,
making
sure
you
do
not cut
into
the
lean.
(This
will
stop
the
fat
curling.)

Use
only
microwave
and
heat-safe
cooking
utensils.
3.
Cover
food
with
wax
paper,
plastic
wrap
or
lids
during
microwae
time.
4.
After
microwaving,
remove
the
cover
and
drain
the
juice.

To
get
better
and
quick
browning,
arrange
on

high
rack
that
comes
with
your
oven,
unless

food
