Check before reporting a failure
The water purifier may not operate as desired if used incorrectly or if there is a minor cause,
even though the product has no fault. In these cases, check the following issues to solve
simple problems even without help from the service center (if the problem persists even after
checking the following issues, call the service center):

The taste of the water
is strange.
• Is the water tank cleaned? Clean the storage tank.
Is the water purier used for
too long?
Empty the stored water and clean the
storage tank.
Is it time to change the lter? Change lters.
The amount of filtered
water decreases
suddenly.
Is it time to change the lter? Change lters.
• Is the Tap water valve closed? Open the supply valve of the source
water
Purified water
is not coming out.
Has 6 hours passed since
tap water and power were
supplied?
Use after 12 hours from the supply of
tap water and power.
Water is not coming
out.
Did you follow the
recommended lter
replacement period?
Request for lter replacement to the
Service Center.
Does the tap water supply
have no problem?
Check the Tap water supply valve.
• Is the power plug connected?
Power supply should be
connected to purify water;
if the tank is not lled with
puried water, no water will
come out.
