a

thin

strip

of

foil

down

the

centre

of

the

breast.

Place

the

chicken

breast

side

down

onto

a

microwave-

safe rack

over

a

plate

or

shallow

dish.

During

the

program

the

oven

will

beep

and

display

'turn

food

over'.

At

this

point

remove

the

chicken

from

the

microwave

oven

and

turn

over.

Press

start

to

continue.

At

the

end

of

the

program

remove

the

chicken

from

the

microwave

oven,

cover

with

foil

and

allow

to

stand

thawed.
