wrapping.

the

mince

onto

a

microwave-

safe rack

over

a

plate

or

shallow

dish.

During

the

program

the

oven

will

beep

and

display

turn

food

over.

At

this

point

remove

the

mince

from

the

microwave,

remove

any

defrosted

mince

to

a

plate,

cover

and

set

aside.

Turn

the

frozen

mince

over

and

return

to

the

microwave

oven.

Press

start

to

continue.

At

the

end

of

the

program

remove

the

mince

from

the

microwave

oven,

cover

with

foil

and

allow

to

stand

until

thawed.
