1. In a MWS bowl mix besan, water, curd, salt and green chilli and ginger
paste together. Mix well. Cover.
2. Select menu and press start.
3. When beeps, stir well and press start.
4. When beeps, stir again and press start.
5. Spread the batter on a greased smooth flat kitchen slab or a transparent
thin film on the slab. Allow to cool, cut into lengthwise strips.
6. Roll the strips, garnish with spluttered rai, coriander leaves and grated
coconut and serve.

2. When beeps, mix and add tomato. Press start.

turmeric, garam masala. Press start. Stand for 3 minutes.
4. Squeeze lemon, mix and serve.
