The

TV

can

be

set

so

that

the

remote

control

handset

is

needed

to

control

it.

This

feature

can

be

used

to

prevent

unauthorized

viewing.

then

menu.

Press

button

and

then

to

Child

lock.

3.

Press

Off

or

On.

Press

to

save.

With

the

lock

on,

the

display

Controls

locked

appears

on

the

screen

if

any

button

on

the

side

panel

is

pressed

while

viewing

the

TV.

Power

indicator

Use

this

function

to

set

the

power

indicator

on

the

front

side

of

the

TV

to

ON

or

OFF.

If

you

set

OFF,

it

will

go

off

after

15

seconds.

If

you

set

ON

at

any

time,

the

power

indicator

will

automatically

be

turned

on.
