I forgot my TV password.

What should I do?

• If you only provide the ID and password when signing up

on your TV, you cannot recover your password when it is

lost. Create a new ID and sign up with the ID.

• If you provide other information than the ID and password

when signing up on your TV or the LG website (www.

lgappstv.com), you can recover your password on the

website.
