Assistance

Audio commentary or subtitles are provided for those who

are hard of hearing or visually impaired.

• This feature is available in certain countries only.

• HardofHearing: This function is used for the hearing

impaired. If it is set to on, the subtitle is displayed by

default.

• AudioDescription: This function is for the blind, and

provides explanatory audio describing the current

situation in a TV programme in addition to the basic

audio. When Audio Description is selected On, basic

audio and Audio Description are provided only for those

programmes that have AudioDescription included.

This function is used for the hearing impaired.

If it is set to on, the subtitle is displayed by default.

• This feature is available in certain countries only.

3DMode Adjusts various aspects of 3D imaging.

Switches left/right images of 3D video.

AutoInput

Automatically searches for and displays the input signal

type when it is received. It is available only with external

inputs (RGB, HDMI, AV, and Component).

• None: Selects default Audio.

the preferred default Audio combined with Visual

• CleanAudio: [For the hearing-impaired] Selects the

preferred Clean Effect and Hearing Impaired Audio.

• SpokenSubtitles: [For the visually impaired] Selects

the preferred Visual Impaired Audio only.
