How can I perform a

factory reset if I cannot

access the phone's

Settings menu?

If your phone does not restore to its

original condition, use a hard reset

(factory reset) to initialise it.

You have to check your Google

account information prior to a hard

reset because you must know your

existing Google account information to

use your device normally after a hard

reset.

Why can i not log into

my Google account?

If you have performed a Factory Reset

other than from the Settings menu,

you need to enter the Google account

that was previously on the device to

continue to use the device.

Data (either Mobile Data or Wi-Fi) is

required for authentication purposes.

If this is not known then the device

needs to be seen to by an LG

authorised service centre.
