CUSTOMIZING SETTINGS
Setting Description
Picture Wizard II Adjusts the image quality and calibrates the screen by following the on-screen instructions.
The customized options will be saved as Expert1 in the Picture Mode.
Standard
Mode to set standard picture quality.
(
Black Level, White Level, Tint, Colour, Horizontal Sharpness, Vertical
Sharpness)
Preferred
Mode to set user preferred picture quality rather than standard picture.
(
Black Level, White Level, Tint, Sharpness, Dynamic Contrast, Colour
Temperature)
If you stop the setting before the final stage, the changes will not be applied.
If you use Picture Wizard II, the Energy saving feature will turn off automatically.
To reset changes made by Picture Wizard II, operate Picture Reset when Picture Mode is
on Expert1.
In RGB-PC/HDMI-PC/DVI-PC mode, the changed Colour, Tint and H/V Sharpness values
are not applied.
NOTE
Aspect Ratio Changes the image size to view images at its optimal size (See p.30).
SCREEN Customizes the PC display options.
Option
Resolution Selects a proper resolution when your PC uses.
Auto Configure Sets the TV to optimize the options automatically for the TV display.
Position Locates the image at the proper position.
Size Adjusts the image size.
Phase Eliminates horizontal streaking.
Reset Restores the options to the default setting.
Picture Mode adjusts the TV for the best picture appearance. Select the preset value in
the Picture Mode menu based on the programme category.
When the Intelligent sensor function is on, the most suitable picture is automatically
adjusted according to the surrounding conditions.
You can also adjust Picture Mode in the Q. Menu.
(Auto Power Saving) : Maximize reducing the power consumption without hurting
the picture quality.
If you adjust “Picture Mode-“Energy Saving-Intelligent Sensor, Minimum, Medium,
Maximum” feature will not work.
If you adjust “Picture Mode- ”, “Energy Saving-Off, Minimum, Medium, Maximum
feature will not work.
