DAB
(Digital
Audio
Broadcasting)
is
new
form
of
radio
broadcasting
using
digital
signals
rather
than
traditional
analogue
signals.
DAB
is
a
listening
to
the
CD-like
quality
radio
programs.
DAB
can
carry
not
only
audio
but
also
text.
DAB
Scan
1.
Press
the
DAB/TUNER
button
repeatedly
(or
press
the
FUNCTION
button
on
the
remote
control)
to
select
the
DAB
function
so
that
"BAND-3"
indicator
lights.
2.
Press
the
PTY/SCAN/SORT
button
more
than
2
seconds
to
scan
a
DAB
broadcasting.

This
function
is
used
to
scan
the
available
frequency
from
DAB
broadcasting.
1.
Press
the

repeatedly
to
select
a
DAB
broadcasting
you
want
on
the
DAB
mode.
2.
Press
the
DAB
SELECT
button
on
the
front
panel
or
STOP
(
x
)
on
the
remote
control.

broadcasting
during
listening.

RDS
button
on
the
front
panel
or
RDS/DAB
MODE
on
the
remote
control.

changes

a
broadcast
is
not
received,
reposition
the
supplied
antennas
on
this
mode.

Displays
the
Ensemble
Frequency
of
broadcast.
To
listen
a
broadcasting,
use
the
"DAB
tuning"
steps
on
left.

there
is
a
secondary

the

listen

Presetting
DAB
stations
Presetting
DAB
stations
You
can
preset
50
stations
for
DAB.
1.
Press
DAB/TUNER
button
repeatedly
(or
FUNCTION
button
on
the
remote
control)
to
select
DAB
you
want.
2.
Press
PROGRAM/MEMO
on
the
remote
control.
A
preset
number
will
flash
in
the
display
window.
3.
Press
PRESET
(-)/(+)
(or
PRESET
( )
on
the
remote
control)
to
select
the
preset
number
you
want.
4.
Press
PROGRAM/MEMO
again.The
station
is
stored.
5.
Repeat
steps
1
(or 2)
to
5
to
store
other
stations.
To
delete
all
the
memorized
stations
Press
and
hold
on
the
PROGRAM/MEMO
on
the
remote
control
for
about
two
seconds,
"CLEAR"
blink
in
the
display
window
and
then
press
PROGRAM/MEMO
on
the
remote
control
again,
the
stations
are
deleted.
For
your
reference
If
all
stations
have
already
been
entered,
FULL
message
will
appear
in
the
display
window
for
a
moment
and
then
a
preset
number
will
flash.
To
change
the
preset
number,
follow
the
steps
4-5.
To
recall
presets
Press
and
hold
PRESET
(-)/(+)
or
PRESET
()
on
the
remote
control
until
the
desired
preset
number
appears
or
press
it
repeatedly.
