options.

Set

the

player's

type

of

audio

system

you

use.

DOLBY

DIGITAL/PCM:

you

connected

the

DVD

Karaoke's

DIGITAL

OUT

jack

to

a

Dolby

Digital

decoder

(or

an

amplifier

or

other

equipment

with

a

Dolby

Digital

decoder).

Stream/PCM:

"Stream/PCM"

if

you

connected

the

DVD

Karaoke's

DIGITAL

OUT

jack

to

an

amplifier

or

other

equipment

with

a

DTS

decoder,

PCM:

when

connected

a

channel

digital

stereo

amplifier.

The

DVD

Karaoke

outputs

sounds

in

the

PCM

2ch

format

when

you

play

a

DVD

video

disc

recorded

on

the

Dolby

Digital,

MPEG1

or

MPEG2

recording

system.

not

using

the

units

digital

audio

output,

don't

select

any

of

the

options.

If

an

active

digital

audio

output

signal

is

supplied

to

a

unit

or

other

equipment

without

a

corresponding

digital

decoding

capability,

a

very

loud

noise

may

be

produced

which

could

permanently

damage

the

speakers.

PAL

and

Vocal

settings

can

be

changed.

Press

/

to

select

the

desired

item

and

press

SELECT/ENTER.

The

setting

of

the

selected

item

are

changed

between

On

and

Off.

Dynamic

Range

Control

(DRC)

With

the

DVD

format,

you

can

hear

a

program's

sound-

track

in

the

most

accurate

and

realistic

presentation

possible,

thanks

to

digital

audio

technology.

However,

you

may

wish

to

compress

the

dynamic

range

of

the

audio

output

(the

difference

between

the

loudest

sounds

and

the

quietest

ones).

Then,

you

may

listen

to

a

movie

at

a

lower

volume

without

losing

dialog

intelligibility.

this

PBC

Set

Playback

Control

or

Off.

CDs

with

are

played

according

the

streamed
