MAKING CONNECTIONS

AV(CVBS) Connection

Transmits the analog video and audio signals from

an external device to the TSP500 set. Connect

the external device and the TSP500 set with

the Composite cable as shown in the following

illustration.

Component Connection

Transmits the analog video and audio signals from

an external device to the TSP500 set. Connect

the external device and the TSP500 set with the

RCA-Component cable as shown in the following

illustration. To display images by using progressive

scan, make sure to use the component cable.

When connecting to the AV or Component

port using the shared interface, the port must

match up to the input source. Otherwise,

noise may occur.

NOTE NOTE

For AV (CVBS) connection, the red and blue

cables in a shared interface are not in use.
