USB connection mode

You can choose one mode out of Data

service and USB Mass storage.

USB Mass storage

You can connect your phone to your PC,

as a USB storage device, using the cable

in three ways.

1. Connect the phone to the PC when the

idle(or Top menu) screen is displayed.

2. Connect the phone while it is

performing an operation or menu

function, and then move to the idle(or

Top menu) screen.

3. You can connect your phone to your

PC, as a USB storage device.

When you have finished using the phone

memory, take the following steps.

The KE590 works as a mass

storage device. If you connect the

USB cable, you can use the phone

as a Removable Disk.

You can download MP3 files, and

photos, video, txt files etc. this

gives you fast access from PC to

Phone, by just connecting the USB

cable.

When USB cable connects with

a phone, mass storage function

can work in Idle mode.

After USB cable connecting

with a phone and going to

mass storage function, which

can work in other mode.

DO NOT remove the cable

while you are downloading

files. After you download the

files, you need to click Safely

Remove Hardware on the PC

and then disconnect the cable.

Warning!

Before you remove the cable, it is

necessary to follow the steps or, the

integrity of transferred data is not

guaranteed.

1. Click on the notification area.

[Unplug or Eject Hardware]

2. Select USB mass Storage Device,

click on Stop.The following message

will appear: The ‘USB mass Storage

Device’, device can now be safely

removed from the system.
