Searching for a contact

There are two ways to search for a

contact:

Touch

from the home screen

and then touch Phonebook or

touch

from the home screen.

You see a list of contacts. Typing

the first letter of a contact’s name

in the Name field will jump the

menu to that alphabetical area

of the list.

TIP! The alphabetical keypad

is displayed once you tap the

Name  eld.

Adding a new contact

Touch Phonebook and touch New.

Choose whether to save the

contact to your Handset or SIM.

Enter your first and last name.

You can enter up to 5 different

numbers per contact. Each entry

is preset for Mobile, Home, Office,

Pager, and Fax.

Add an email address.

Assign the contact to one or more

groups. You can assign up to

three groups per contact. Choose

between No group, Family,

Colleagues, School and VIP.

You can also add a Ringtone,

Vibration, Homepage, Home

address, Company name, Job

title, Company address, Birthday,

Anniversary

and Memo.

Touch

to save the contact.

favorite - You can set this contact as

favourite by touching the Star mark

on the right side of the option.

Creating a group

Touch Phonebook. Touch the

down arrow beside Contacts and

then select Groups.

Touch New group or touch

and select New group.

Enter a name for your new group

in Group name field. You can also

assign a ringtone,vibration and a

group image to the group.

Touch

to save the group.
