Choose the menu and weigh, press start.
When BEEP turn food over and press start to continue cooking.
Choose steak of 200 g weight and 2.5 cm thickness each.
Season with salt and pepper or as desired.
Place food on the High rack on a drip dish.
Choose the menu and weight, press start.
When BEEP, turn food over and press start to continue cooking.
