Dry Fruit) and Salt. Mix well. Drop some water in
the mould base plate for steaming. Grease idli mould.
Put mixture into the moulds. Cover with lid. Steam in
Microwave.

Take Suji in bowl, select the weight of upma and press
‘Start’ to roast suji. Keep stirring during beeps to avoid
scorching put it aside. Now take another bowl, add oil
and cook mustard seed, curry patta, onion etc. Cook till
you hear seed cracking then add water.

Soak flaked rice in water. Take Bowl and mustard seeds,
curry patta, chilli & onion etc. Cook till you hear seed
cracking. Then add salt and soaked chiwda and cook.
Sprinkle lemon juice before serving. Keep stirring
during beeps to avoid stickiness.
