Connection

S-Video/Audio

in

sockets

(SAV)

When

connecting

an

S-VIDEO

VCR

to

the

S-VIDEO

socket,

the

picture

quality

will

be

further

improved.

1.

Connect

the

S-Video

socket

of

the

VCR

to

the

S-VIDEO

sock-

et

of

the

set.

2.

Connect

the

audio

cable

from

the

S-VIDEO

VCR

to

the

AUDIO

sockets

of

AV.

3.

Select

SAV

by

pressing

the

TV/AV

button

repeatedly.

4.

Press

the

PLAY

button

on

the

VCR.

The

VCR

playback

picture

appears

on

the

screen.

Headphone

socket

Insert

the

headphone

plug

into

the

headphone

socket

of

the

set.

You

can

listen

to

the

sound

through

the

headphones

and

TV's

speaker.

To

adjust

the

headphone

volume,

press

the

Φ

/

Γ

button.

If

you

press

the

MUTE

button,

the

sound

from

the

headphone

and

TV's

speaker

are

switched

off.

Speaker

out

sockets

Connect

the

left/right

loud-speakers

to

the

SPEAKER

OUT

sockets

on

the

back

panel

of

the

set

in

case

of

installing

speakers

detached

from

the

set.

Note

:

The

speakers

provided

with

the

TV

can

be

installed

in

two

ways;

mounted

on

or

detached

from

the

TV

cabinet.

In

case

of

being

mounted

on

the

TV

cabinet,

you

don't

have

to

connect

them

to

the

SPEAKER

OUT

sockets

using

the

standard

audio

cables

provided.
